Clare has been designing and making jewelry since 1982.
She has a B.A. in art from Rider College. After studying jewelry making with her partner Jacques Simonnet in San Francisco, she continued her studies at Bucks County Community College.
She is a juried member of the Bucks County Guild and the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.
